<a href="https://lofficielusa.org/fashion/barbour-waxed-jacket-popularity-explainer">Barbour</a> jackets are a <a href="https://lofficielusa.org/fashion/barbour-waxed-jacket-popularity-explainer">cult-favorite fashion item</a>, particularly its waxed jackets, worn by celebrities like Alexa Chung and Dua Lipa. In the English outerwear's latest collaboration, revealed Tuesday morning, its outerwear favorite (that usually retails between $450 and $800) got a floral and feminine upgrade.
Barbour dropped a limited-edition collaboration with London-based <a href="https://lofficielusa.org/fashion/erdem-fall-winter-2024-lfw-show-images">Erdem</a>, a designer label by Erdem Moralioğlu that's known for its punchy prints and feminine ready-to-wear. Building on both brands' Spring/Summer 2024 runway partnership, the two British powerhouses joined forces for a Spring/Summer 2025 capsule collection. The line blends Erdem&rsquo;s signature poetic femininity and precise tailoring with Barbour&rsquo;s storied practicality and heritage fabrics. Inspired by the natural world, the collection reimagines classic outerwear through a modern, elegant lens, offering a fresh take on timeless silhouettes. It's available to shop starting today via <a href="https://www.barbour.com/us/">Barbour's website</a> and at select retailers.
&ldquo;I was inspired by the extraordinary Barbour archive, particularly their fabrications and hardware and loved the idea of translating their heritage of practical, utilitarian details and combining it with my language of the feminine,&rdquo; Moralioglu said in a press release.
This limited-edition collection reinterprets classic outerwear with a modern twist, showcasing four standout Barbour styles: the Beauflower (with a striking inky rose bloom overprint), Dhalia (with an exaggerated peplum waist and a detachable tartan hood), Clover (accented by a vibrant green-hued but rosy print), and Constance (combining Erdem-style tailoring with signature Barbour utilitarian details). The jackets are available in sand and olive colorways, and the collection also includes a detachable hood with a checked interior and floral etching, adding versatility to these thoughtfully crafted pieces.
&ldquo;The collection marries the timeless craftsmanship and quality of both brands, taking Erdem&rsquo;s romantic and contemporary approach combined with our most iconic silhouettes and wax fabrications,&rdquo; Barbour Womenswear Director Nicola Brown said in the release. As part of their partnership, the brand duo also introduces its "Re-Loved" initiative&mdash;breathing new life into 25 previously owned Beaufort jackets, meticulously restored with oversized cord collars and adorned with silver hardware eyelets.
The capsule collection is available to shop on <a href="https://www.barbour.com/us/">Barbour's website</a> and at select retailers. The limited-edition ReLoved jackets are only available at Harrods.
